HOUSE RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement is entered into by and between Lale Pension, located at Kale Mah. 6 Nolu Sok. No: 2 Eğirdir / ISPARTA (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"), and the GUEST or AGENCY (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") who makes a reservation, submits personal information electronically, via telephone, e-mail, or any other method of confirmation, and whose identity, contact information, and/or IP address are recorded during the booking process.
● GUEST STATUS & COMPLIANCE
By making a reservation at any of the Property's facilities via telephone, e-mail, online, offline, or any other method, the Guest agrees in advance to abide by all the rules and conditions stated herein.
The Property reserves the right to modify these rules and conditions at any time without prior notice and without assuming any liability.
● ACCOMMODATION FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
Nightly room rates and additional charges may vary depending on the currency of the country where the transaction is processed.
The total accommodation fee is due in full upon arrival at check-in. Payments may be made in cash or via a single credit card transaction.
Invoices for bank wire transfers made from a corporate account will be issued using the company details provided. Guests are kindly requested to provide their corporate invoice information during the reservation stage.
Upon check-in, please verify your booking details to confirm whether your stay is Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, or Half Board. Please ensure whether your reservation has been prepaid online or is marked as "pay at property". Kindly clarify your payment status and complete any due payments accordingly.
● EXTENSION OF STAY
To extend your stay or request changes to your departure date, please notify the Front Desk at least 1 day in advance.
● WAITING LIST
If the Property is fully booked for your requested dates, your request can be placed on a waiting list, and you will receive priority if a vacancy occurs. Please contact the Front Desk (Reception) for details.
● CHILD POLICY
Child discounts apply only when children share a room with an adult.
Children aged 0 to 5.99 stay free of charge.
● GUEST REGISTRATION & HEALTH DECLARATIONS
In accordance with legal regulations, all staying guests must present a valid passport or national ID card at the Front Desk upon check-in to complete mandatory registration. Guests who fail to present valid identification will not be permitted to check in.
The Guest is solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the identification documents presented.
Pursuant to applicable laws, the identity details of all registered guests staying at the Property will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
To protect the health and safety of guests and staff, the Guest must inform the Property prior to check-in if they or anyone in their party has, or is suspected of having, a contagious disease or any other medical condition. In such cases, the Property may request additional documentation or medical clearance, and reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation or terminate the accommodation agreement. In the event of such a cancellation, no refund or discount on the reservation amount will be issued.
● RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a booking, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of all persons named in the reservation, and you verify that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Upon completion of your booking, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Please retain a copy of this confirmation for your records. All reservation confirmations are subject to room availability at the Property.
Please review the details in your booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. In the event of any errors or omissions, you must contact Lale Pension immediately.
The Property accepts no liability for errors or omissions that are not reported within 24 hours of sending the confirmation, nor for any issues arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Guest.
Guests are not permitted to claim or request a room other than the specific room type they have reserved.
Upgrades to a higher room category may be requested, subject to availability and payment of the applicable rate difference.
If a discrepancy regarding the number of guests or the ages of children is identified during check-in controls compared to the information provided at the time of booking, the rate difference will be charged to the Guest upon arrival. If the original room's capacity is exceeded, the Guest will be reassigned to a higher category room, and the corresponding rate difference will be collected.
● CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
At Lale Pension:
Check-in begins at 14:00.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 at the latest.
We strictly request and thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding our check-out time.
● EARLY ARRIVAL & EARLY DEPARTURE
Guests wishing to check in prior to 14:00 may settle into their rooms early only if the rooms are ready and available.
Breakfast requests on the morning of arrival for early check-in guests are subject to an additional charge.
If you need to depart before your scheduled check-out date, please inform the Front Desk by 11:00 on your day of departure.
If notice of early departure is given after 11:00, the full nightly rate for that day will be added to your account.
● LATE ARRIVAL & LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out requests are subject to room availability. If your late check-out request is approved, your room (or an alternative room if yours is unavailable) will be reserved and blocked from sale for your use between 12:00 and 24:00.
Following consultation and approval by the Front Desk, late check-outs up to 15:00 at the latest will incur a half-day room charge. For late check-outs after 17:00, a full-day room charge will apply.
Additional fees may apply for late check-outs. Please consult the Front Desk (Reception) for detailed information.
● ROOM TYPE AND FLOOR ASSIGNMENTS
Our Property features a variety of unique room categories, each individually designed. Images displayed on our website and other booking channels are for illustrative and informational purposes only. Room layouts, decorations, and sizes may vary. Upon request, a reservation voucher and copy of the accommodation agreement can be sent to the Guest via their preferred communication channel (e-mail, SMS, etc.) after the booking is completed. To prevent any errors, the Guest must read and review the agreement thoroughly.
Each room category has its own distinct pricing model and specific occupancy limits. Guests must select a room that complies with the occupancy guidelines provided by our system or staff based on their party size.
As a boutique property with only 9 rooms, room assignments are determined based on booking priority and availability; therefore, specific floor levels or bed configurations cannot always be guaranteed.
Due to our limited 9-room capacity, guests may select their preferred room and floor prior to booking, subject to availability. Once payment is processed, the selected room is withdrawn from the booking system, and a final reservation confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
● EXTRA BED POLICY
The Property does not provide extra beds.
● OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Bringing outside food and beverages into the Property or consuming them in common areas is strictly prohibited. The Property assumes no liability for any health issues or food poisoning arising from the consumption of food items brought from outside. This rule is strictly enforced.
● FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
We are delighted to welcome families with children. Minors under the age of 18 may only stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times within all areas of the Property.
Please ensure you bring valid identification documents for your children.
Because extra beds cannot be added to our rooms, we highly recommend that families with two or more children book 2 adjacent rooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
Children must never be left unattended on balconies and must not be permitted to climb on room furniture. Children must be accompanied and supervised on staircases and in all elevated areas.
● VISITOR POLICY
Non-registered visitors are strictly prohibited from entering guest rooms or any other areas of the Property without first notifying and obtaining permission from the Front Desk. Unapproved visitors will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Unregistered guests are not allowed in the rooms under any circumstances.
Guests are prohibited from hosting outside visitors in their rooms. Meetings with visitors must take place exclusively in shared, public common areas.
● SMOKING POLICY
To preserve the historical architecture of our building and in compliance with local regulations, smoking and the use of tobacco or tobacco-related products are strictly prohibited in all indoor and enclosed public areas. Violations will result in legal monetary penalties.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, bathrooms, corridors, breakfast areas, lounges, and stairwells. Smoking is permitted only on room balconies and in designated outdoor smoking areas.
● ROOM EQUIPMENT, FIXTURES & DAMAGES
Towels, clothes hangers, TV and air conditioning remote controls, electric kettles, glassware, and hairdryers must remain in the room and are strictly prohibited from being removed from the premises.
Guests must take due care not to damage the electrical appliances, fixtures, and furniture provided in the rooms.
In the event of damage to, destruction of, or theft of any Property equipment or fixtures, the Guest agrees and undertakes to reimburse the Property for the full replacement cost determined by management or the repair fees invoiced by technical services.
● KITCHEN POLICY
Access to and use of the kitchen facilities is strictly restricted to authorized staff members only.
We kindly remind guests traveling with infants or toddlers that our kitchen does not offer facilities for boiling baby bottles or preparing infant meals. Please take this policy into consideration when making your reservation.
● DISTURBANCES & QUIET HOURS
Guests are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the rules of good faith, showing respect and courtesy to other guests at the Property and to neighbors in the vicinity.
Disruptive behavior that disturbs the peace or comfort of other guests is strictly prohibited.
Speaking loudly, shouting, or playing televisions and music at high volumes is prohibited throughout the Property.
Guests who continue to make noise or engage in disruptive behavior despite warnings will have their stay terminated immediately and will be evicted from the Property without any refund.
We strictly request that SILENCE be maintained after 23:00 out of respect for the comfort of guests in adjacent rooms.
Please do not slam doors.
Please refrain from loud conversations.
Please keep television and music volumes low.
Please prevent children from making excessive noise or disturbances.
The accommodation of any guest engaging in rowdy behavior, public intoxication, or physical/verbal altercations within the Property will be terminated immediately.
● ALCOHOL POLICY
The Property does not sell, serve, or provide alcoholic beverage services.
● PET POLICY
Lale Pension is a pet-friendly property. Domestic pets (cats and dogs) are permitted to stay.
● BICYCLE-FRIENDLY SERVICES
The Property is a bicycle-friendly pension and offers dedicated services and amenities tailored to cyclists.
● RESERVATION INVENTORY SECURITY
In accordance with regulations set forth by the Ministry of Tourism for accommodation facilities, once a booking is confirmed, the reserved rooms are immediately blocked under your name and removed from the market, preventing them from being sold to other travelers.
● CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Reservations may be canceled unconditionally with a full refund up to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
If a cancellation is requested less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
Cancellation or refund requests made within 1 day of the scheduled arrival date will not be accepted, and the total booking amount will be forfeited.
All guests who complete a reservation, regardless of the booking channel used, are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the House Rules and Terms and Conditions listed herein.
● VALUABLES & PERSONAL PROPERTY LIABILITY
The safekeeping of personal belongings and valuables is entirely the responsibility of the Guest. The Property management assumes no liability for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal items belonging to guests.
The Property management accepts no liability for the theft of personal property left inside guests' vehicles.
The Property management accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles parked outside the premises.
The parking areas available to guests are located on PUBLIC STREETS and are not private property or secured parking lots.
● LOST & FOUND POLICY
The Property cannot be held responsible for cash, personal items, jewelry, or valuables left behind by guests.
Found items will be kept securely in our Lost & Found storage for a period of 1 year, after which they will be disposed of.
● BREAKFAST SERVICE
A complimentary open-buffet breakfast is served every morning between 08:00 and 10:00 on the terrace floor of Lale Pension.
Room service for breakfast, à la carte breakfast orders, or traditional customized spread breakfasts (serpme kahvaltı) are not available.
The breakfast hall is open strictly from 08:00 to 10:00.
At 10:00, the breakfast hall is cleaned and closed for the day.
The terrace hall is dedicated exclusively to breakfast service.
● DINNER SERVICE
Dinner is available for an additional fee at our A'la Carte Restaurant, located at our sister property, Charlys Pension.
All dinner services are hosted at the Charlys Pension restaurant venue.
To enjoy the daily fixed menu (günün menüsü) for dinner, guests must place their orders before 17:00. If no advance order is placed, guests may choose from the selection of ready-made meals available in the kitchen that evening.
Guests with gluten sensitivities, allergies, or specific vegan/vegetarian dietary requirements must notify the Property of their requests well in advance.
● DAILY GUEST ACCOUNT LEDGER
To prevent any discrepancies or billing misunderstandings, charges for food and beverage consumption incurred by guests throughout the day may be collected at the end of each day.
For guests who prefer to settle their incidental bills at check-out, all daily consumption charges will be automatically posted to the room ledger at the close of each day.
● ROOM KEYS
Guests will receive two keys upon check-in: one for their individual room door and one for the main external entrance door of the building.
When leaving your room, please ensure the door is securely locked and keep your keys with you.
In the event of lost keys, a replacement fee of 50 TL per key will be charged to the Guest's account.
● ROOM SERVICE POLICY
The Property does not offer room service.
● PARKING FACILITIES
Guests may use the open public areas located directly in front of and down the street from the facility for parking. Parking is free of charge.
● LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
The Guest is fully liable for any damage, destruction, or loss caused to the Property, its premises, fixtures, or equipment by themselves, their accompanying party, or any individuals under their responsibility.
In the event of damage to or theft of property belonging to the pension, the Guest undertakes to pay the full replacement cost designated by management or the service fees charged by responding technical support teams.
Throwing trash, litter, or any objects out of room windows or balconies is strictly prohibited.
● PERSONAL SAFETY REGULATIONS
The Property assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies occurring outside the boundaries of the Pension premises.
Guests with food allergies or dietary medical conditions must notify the Front Desk upon arrival and fill out a mandatory food allergen declaration form.
Leaning out of or hanging over room windows and balconies is strictly prohibited.
● HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
To respect guest privacy, routine daily room cleaning is only performed upon explicit request. When requested, housekeeping services are provided once per day between 09:00 and 15:00.
● LALE PENSION WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
Lale Pension makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information available on its website, and undertakes no obligation to update such information.
All written, visual, or recorded materials, documents, and data found on the Lale Pension website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lale Pension disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding any information, services, or products provided through or linked to the website.
Lale Pension accepts no liability for any operational interruptions, errors, omissions, deletions, losses, communication delays, computer viruses, connectivity failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of electronic records, whether resulting from breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action.
● GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement, these general house rules, and any disputes arising from or in connection with your stay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Isparta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the resolution of any legal disputes.
Dear Guests, in order to provide you with high-quality service and to fulfill our legal obligations arising from the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and related legislation, we request certain personal data from you. This information includes, but is not limited to, your first name, last name, date of birth, mobile phone number, landline number, e-mail address, gender, physical address, Turkish ID number, passport number, and any profile information you authorize to be shared when connecting via social media platforms.
We assure you that all personal data shared with us is stored securely and processed in strict compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
All individuals staying at the Property are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms, conditions, and regulations set forth in this Agreement.
