ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES
As part of sustainable tourism, we are committed to providing sensitive, accessible, and inclusive services for our guests with disabilities. In this regard, the following practices and guidelines have been implemented in our guesthouse:
1. Accessibility Infrastructure
- Rooms: Not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Common Areas: Not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Transportation: Not suitable for wheelchair users. The access road to our establishment is uphill and our building is multi-story, making it unsuitable for our guests with wheelchairs.
2. Accessible Communication and Information
- Website and Booking: Our guesthouse's website is compatible with screen readers.
- Communication Support: Written communication tools and visual alert systems are not provided for our hearing-impaired guests.
- Guidance: Tactile surfaces and signs prepared in Braille are not used for our visually impaired guests.
3. Training and Awareness
- Employee Training: All our employees receive regular training to understand the needs of our guests with disabilities and to support them.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Feedback Mechanism: Suggestions and complaints from our guests with disabilities are regularly evaluated to improve our services.
- Compliance with Standards: Our guesthouse is regularly audited to comply with international accessibility standards.
